Description: Away from the crowds of Yosemite Valley, Wapama falls is an easy to moderate hike that provides solitude enriching the yosemite experience even more. The trail is well maintained and provides picturesque views of the Hetch Hechy dam. This is a flat trail with minimal elevation gain where the goal is to reach the bridge below the waterfalls. In the spring the bridge gets hit by heavy mist from the waterfall above, so you might not be able to cross it. This is a very good hike for families with children.
