Description: As with all of Death Valley’s hikes, the heat is a major factor in doing this hike. Start early in the morning and enjoy the sense of exploration this hike brings you. As with most canyon trails, there is no real destination, walk as far as you want and then turn around. Zabriskie point and Red Cathedral are visible as you go into the canyon, and are worth visiting.
